Terms of Service

Effective: August 2, 2026 · Provider: Aleksandr Ponomarev, Vietnam

Important: Vouch supports independent verification decisions. It does not prove legal identity, detect every deepfake, execute financial transactions, contact emergency services, or guarantee that a request is legitimate.

1. Agreement

By creating or using a Vouch account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your device, Apple account, trusted-circle membership, and all activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. What Vouch provides

Vouch provides a separate channel where invited members can share rotating codes, request approvals, record one- or two-person decisions, send security alerts, and practice safer responses to suspicious calls. Features may evolve as security needs and platform capabilities change.

4. Your security responsibilities

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Vouch to impersonate, defraud, threaten, harass, surveil, or deceive another person; send knowingly false alerts; access another circle without permission; probe or disrupt the service; reverse engineer security controls except where law expressly permits it; or use the service in violation of applicable law.

6. User content and permissions

You retain rights in the information you submit. You grant the provider a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, and support Vouch. You are responsible for having authority to share information about other circle members.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to operate Vouch reliably, but notifications, networks, Apple services, and third-party infrastructure may be delayed or unavailable. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Vouch must not be treated as an emergency system or the sole control for a regulated or high-risk process.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Vouch or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or preserve the service. Account deletion is described on the deletion page.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vouch is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable as the only verification control. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleksandr Ponomarev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss resulting from a fraudulent caller, an incorrect approval, missed notification, compromised device, third-party outage, or your failure to use an additional verification method. Mandatory liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting support; any unresolved dispute will be handled by a competent court under applicable law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will update the effective date when we do. Material changes may be communicated in the app. Questions can be sent to Aleksandr Ponomarev at ponomarev@email.cz.
