Delete your Vouch account
You can initiate permanent deletion directly inside the Vouch iOS app.
Delete in the app
- Open Vouch and sign in.
- Select Settings.
- Select Delete account and data.
- Review the consequences and confirm your identity with Apple.
The process removes your Vouch profile, registered device tokens, membership, approvals, and content associated with your account. If you own a circle, transfer ownership first; otherwise deleting the owner may also remove the circle and its associated requests and activity.
If you cannot access the app
Email ponomarev@email.cz from the email associated with your account and write “Vouch Account Deletion” in the subject. We may request a reasonable identity-verification step, but we will never request your Apple password or two-factor authentication code.
What may remain temporarily
Limited information may remain in protected backups, security records, or records required by law for a limited period. It will not be used for ordinary product functionality and will be removed or isolated according to applicable retention requirements.
