For account, privacy, quest, verification, or safety-content issues, email ponomarev@email.cz. Include the app version, city, quest name, and a concise description. Never send passwords or Apple authorization codes.

Sign in with Apple does not work

• Confirm that the device is online.
• Check that Sign in with Apple is available for your Apple Account.
• Restart the app and try again.
• If the issue continues, include the exact error message in your support email.

A quest cannot be verified

• Confirm you are safely inside the public task area.
• Allow location access while using the app and wait for an accurate GPS reading.
• For photo or audio tasks, grant only the permission requested by that task.
• Never enter a closed or unsafe place to satisfy verification; report the issue instead.

Incorrect or unsafe content

Places and access conditions change. If a route is closed, inaccurate, culturally inappropriate, or unsafe, skip it and contact support with the city, quest, and location. Safety reports are prioritized.
