Account control

Delete your account

You can initiate permanent deletion directly inside the Vietnam SideQuest iOS app.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Vietnam SideQuest and sign in.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review what will be removed and confirm your identity with Apple.

Deletion removes your Vietnam SideQuest account, profile, quest submissions, XP, level progress, badges, saved preference, and private photo or audio evidence. It does not merely deactivate the account. The local session and cached progress are also cleared from the device.

If you cannot access the app

Email ponomarev@email.cz from the address associated with the account. We may require a reasonable identity check, but we will never ask for your Apple password or two-factor authentication code.

What may remain temporarily

Limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups, security logs, or records required by law. It will not be used for ordinary app functionality and will be removed or isolated according to applicable retention requirements.
